Pricing history

Every time you save your prices we keep a version. Roll back to an earlier version if you need to - a rollback is saved as a new version, so nothing is ever lost and you can roll forward again.

Deposit on acceptance

When a customer accepts a quote online, you can ask them for a deposit. Set your deposit percentage and paste your own payment link (for example a Stripe Payment Link). We'll show "Accept and pay deposit" on the quote and send the customer to your link. No card details pass through QuoteApp. Automatic deposit collection is planned for a later update.

Customer quote reminders

When this is on, we automatically email your customers a friendly reminder about a quote you sent that they have not yet accepted, as it nears its expiry (and a note once it has expired). Each email is sent on your behalf and asks the customer to reply if they would rather not be reminded. This is off by default. You can always send a reminder by hand from the Leads list, whether or not this is on.

Customers still see the items and the total to pay, but not the price of each line, so your rates stay private.

Team Pro

Invite teammates and set what each can do. Viewers browse only; members build, send and manage quotes; admins also manage settings, pricing and the team; owners keep full control including billing. Only an owner can grant the owner role.

Webhooks are a Pro feature

Your plan is Solo. Outbound webhooks (lead.created and quote.status_changed) are included with Pro. Upgrade to Pro to send these events to your own systems.

Webhooks Pro

Send events to your own systems. Each delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 in the X-QuoteApp-Signature header so you can verify it. HTTPS endpoints only.

API keys

Connect QuoteApp to your own tools with the read-only public API. A key lets an integration read your quotes only (never your prices or another business's data). Authenticate with Authorization: Api-Key <key>. See the public API docs.

Refer a fellow trade

Got a mate in the trade who's still using a contact form? Send them your link - when they sign up and subscribe, you both get a free month.

Remove the "Powered by QuoteApp" mark with Pro

Your plan is Solo, which includes the full website widget below. Solo shows a small "Powered by QuoteApp" mark on the widget. Upgrade to Pro to remove the mark and white-label the widget, and to unlock outbound webhooks and team seats.
